AD⚡AM Soul and passion have been magnanimously displayed in between the notes here. The tapestry has many colors, and the vibrations hearken to back to better times. A musical magic carpet ride. Favorite track: Heavy Lifting.

Bucky Death Tunes continues on the deep throbbing passion for the almighty riff accompanied by some of the finest vocals I’ve heard in a long while. Vocally, Thomas Espeland Karlsen belches out a range of ardent cries paired with melancholic rasps of fury in the form of a concept album of sorts with ‘Death’ as the focal point.

Michael Seldom has a record implicating repose been so affirmingly loaded with drive and vitality, but 'Death Tunes' is as masterful a distillation of 70's licks, 90's hooks and contemporary groove as there exists. Thomas E. Karlsen administers a rock 'n' roll coup de mâitre with the vocal authority of a blues-basted Charlemagne, ably abetted by a crack rhythmic unit who conjure at will all the soul, vigor and sleight required for phonic conquest. Favorite track: The Deep.

Simone After the first album my expectations where somewhat high and ..... I'm not disappointed! Death tunes is not as catchy and sing-alongish as the debut, therefore it has more depth. Though the guys all do a great job with their instruments, again it is the vocalist who absolutely blows me away

"Death Tunes" is a blend of high-octane melodic riffing spiced up with a dash of bluesy melancholy. Served straight from the heart. No compromising, no reading between the lines, all blood and soul. "Death Tunes" is the follow up to Tiebreaker's 2014 debut  "We Come from the Mountains", which was released internationally through Karisma Records in 2015. Written in the confinement of a small cabin on the west coast of Norway, “Death Tunes” was recorded in Oslo late 2015. With producer Bjarte Lund Rolland, songwriter and guitarist for  Kvelertak at the helm, he put the band to the challenge. It consists of 10 songs which straddle a wide musical range from the hard-hitting, ultra-catchy opener "Hell", to the bluesy "Pan American Grindstone", from the epic "Anywhere but here", to the mellow closer "Heavy Lifting".
